Duties:
- Periodically back up files and perform file
maintenance on server including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software
and billing servers.
- Purge datasets to optimize the speed of Electronic
Medical Record and billing soft wares
- Troubleshoot computer errors by finding and
correcting problems or terminating the program, if needed.
- Get support from IT professionals over the phone to
diagnose and fix computer error messages.
- Answer telephone calls to assist other users encountering
problems on other locations.
- Evaluate operation of computer hardware system and
networks to ensure efficient use.
- Contributes to the development of training tools
and manuals for computer programs and peripherals.
- Assist with training staff on existing and new
softwares.
- Provide security measures and monitor system
performance for confidentiality
- Implement and maintain network configurations and
network architecture, including site location and integration of
technologies.
Education:High
School or equivalent
Experience: 2 years experience in the job offered or as
Computer/Quality Assurance Coordinator or Quality Analyst or related field.
Experience must include experience in handling and maintenance of Electronic
Medical Records (EMR) software and Medical Billing software.
Hours: 40hrs per week
